Q:Are any biological control agents available for Brazilian pepper?

A: The University of Florida and the US Department of Agriculture are searching for natural enemies of BP in South America.  Several insects and one disease are currently being studied.  Release of these natural enemies will depend on their safety to non-target plants and the environment in general.
